Beijing Wushu Team With Hong Dao Wushu

On 11/18/2005, Beijing Wushu team visited Hong Dao Wushu Academy. They had a wushu class with students and demostrated great wushu arts. After class, students and parents had a happy dinner with them.

Shi Kun won gold medal in Sword & Spear, 2001 in 9th All China Games and was the representative for China Wushu performances in Greece and Poland.
Shi Kun is one of the outstanding students directly instructed by Grand Master Daoyun Chen when Master Chen was the head coach of Shen Zhen Wushu Team.

Bay Area Chinese Sports Festival

On this beautiful summer weekend(7/24/2005), HongDao Wushu Kids demonstrated Chinese Wushu on this festival led by Master Chen. The show was very successful.

7th Annual 2005 International Chinese Martial Arts Championship, Orlando, Florida

Over the July 4 weekend, Grandmaster Chen Dao Yun and four of her students participated in the 7th Annual 2005 International Chinese Martial Arts Championship, which took place in Orlando, Florida. Her students brought back six gold medals, four silver medals, three bronze medals, and a special award presented to Master Chen and the students by the event organizer, Nick Scrima, for their outstanding performance. Master Chen also performed her signature double straightsword set at the Masters’ Demo and led a seminar. After the conclusion of the two day event, Grandmasters Chan Pui and Suzy Chan invited Master Chen and her students to visit their Wah Lum Kung Fu of U.S.A. in Orlando.
